Product Policy

Returns
× If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s), in its original state and in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund.
× If we consider any returned product has been used, we reserve the right to reject the return and not provide a refund.
× You are responsible for the shipping charges associated with your returned item(s).

Exchanges
× Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster for you to return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.

Defective Products
× If the item(s) received is defective, please return the product to us. Once we confirm the item is defective, we will either issue a refund for the price you paid for the product and all delivery charges, or provide a replacement item, as requested. Replacement items will be shipped as soon as we are able and subject to availability.
× Please retain any proof of postage, in case we ask for proof that you have returned the product to us. Returned products are your responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. If possible, please use or include with the product being returned, the original packaging and any accompanying documents.
× You are not liable for the delivery charges for the replacement product.

Cancellation
× You may cancel an order within two (2) business days from the time the order is placed, you will not be charged any fees.
×If the product has shipped, and you wish to cancel your order at that time, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Shipping
× Standard shipping times to Canada is 4 - 9 business days, US is 4 - 10 business days. If you require expedited or overnight services please email us and we will provide a quote and an invoice for the difference if you choose the service.

× INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside of US and Canada) DO NOT come with tracking information. Due to the nature of shipping items overseas, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or missing items due to customs and/or carrier mishandling. If you require shipping with tracking information and/or expidited shipping please email us and we will provide a quote and an invoice for the difference if you choose the service.
